Refund Policy

Welcome to FaithMesh.io.

 

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for payments made through our Platform.

 

By making a payment on FaithMesh.io, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. If you have any questions about refunds or payments, please contact us at success@faithmesh.io for assistance.

 

Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Employer Terms / Terms of Service (as may be applicable to you).

 

  1. VERIFICATION FEES:

    1. Non-Refundable Fee: Verification fees paid for identity or business verification on FaithMesh.io are generally non-refundable. These fees apply to employer verification, candidate verification, or any other verification process conducted through the Platform and cover administrative and processing expenses.

    2. Partial Refund for Unsuccessful Verification: If the verification process fails, users may request a partial refund of 50% of the verification fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the verification outcome by contacting success@faithmesh.io. The remaining portion of the fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.

    3. Verification Delays: FaithMesh.io aims to process all verification requests promptly. However, delays due to technical or external factors do not entitle users to a refund or partial refund.

    4. Resubmission Requirements: Users whose verification attempts fail may choose to reapply by submitting a new request and paying the applicable fee. Approval for resubmissions is not guaranteed.

 

  1. JOB LISTING FEES:

    1. Non-Refundable Fee: All fees paid for posting job listings on FaithMesh.io are non-refundable. This includes situations where the job listing is removed, updated, or expires before the intended duration. Employers are encouraged to review their listings carefully before submitting them for publication.

    2. Errors in Listings: If a job listing contains errors or omissions, employers can contact FaithMesh.io to request updates or corrections. However, the listing fee will not be refunded or adjusted for such changes.

    3. Removal of Listings by FaithMesh.io: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to remove job listings that violate our Employer Terms or community guidelines. In such cases, the job listing fee will not be refunded.

    4. Job Listing Expiry: Job listings automatically expire after the specified duration (30 days) unless renewed by the employer. Expired listings will not qualify for a refund or partial credit.

    5. Voluntary Removal by Employer: Employers who choose to remove their job listing before the end of its active period are not eligible for a refund or prorated credit.

 

  1. TIPS AND DONATIONS:

    1. Non-Refundable Contributions: All tips and donations made to authors, content creators, or organizations through FaithMesh.io are non-refundable. These contributions are considered voluntary acts of support, and once processed, cannot be reversed.

    2. Processing Fees: Tips and donations are subject to payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees), which are deducted from the total amount before being forwarded to the recipient. These fees are non-refundable.

    3. Incorrect Amounts: Contributors are responsible for reviewing the tip or donation amount before completing the transaction. FaithMesh.io is not liable for refunds due to errors in the entered amount.

 

  1. EVENT REGISTRATION FEES:

    1. Non-Refundable Fees: All event registration fees paid through FaithMesh.io are non-refundable, regardless of whether the registrant attends the event, cancels voluntarily, or encounters issues that prevent participation.

    2. Cancellation by FaithMesh.io: In the rare event that FaithMesh.io cancels an event, registrants may be eligible for a partial refund at the sole discretion of FaithMesh.io. The refund amount and conditions will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to affected registrants.

    3. Rescheduling or Modifications: If an event is rescheduled or modified (e.g., moved to a virtual format), FaithMesh.io will notify registrants promptly. Refunds will not be provided for rescheduled events unless FaithMesh.io explicitly states otherwise.

    4. Non-Transferable Registrations: Event registrations are tied to the original registrant and are non-transferable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for unused registrations or inability to attend.

 

  1. DIGITAL TEMPLATE PURCHASES:

    1. Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases of digital templates on FaithMesh.io are final and non-refundable. Once the template has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned. If you face any issues, please contact success@faithmesh.io.

    2. Access to Templates: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software or tools to access and use the purchased digital templates. FaithMesh.io does not issue refunds for templates that cannot be used due to compatibility issues or user error.

 

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Employer Terms  / Terms of Service (as may be applicable to you).

 

  1. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may add to or change or update this Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the platform after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
