As an employer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and lawful job listings, engage professionally with candidates, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Our role is to facilitate these connections and maintain the integrity of the Platform by reviewing job submissions for quality and relevance.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES IMPORTANT PROVISIONS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES IN SECTION 16, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN SECTION 17, INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS IN SECTION 18, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE IN SECTION 19 THAT INCLUDES AN AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH NEGOTIATION OR LEGAL ACTION IN DESIGNATED JURISDICTIONS, WITH WAIVERS OF CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
Please read these Employer Terms carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the limitations of our services. If you have any questions or need further clarification, you can contact us at jobs@faithmesh.io. Your continued use of the job listing services signifies your acceptance of these Employer Terms.
DEFINITIONS
As used herein the following terms have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires:
Account: The profile created by an employer, recruiter, or authorized representative on FaithMesh.io to submit job listings and manage related activities.
Applicant: Any individual who views or responds to job listings posted on FaithMesh.io.
Badge: A visual identifier assigned to verified users or organizations on the Platform, such as “Verified Employer”.
Boost Canvas LLC: The entity that owns and operates FaithMesh.io.
Candidate: An individual seeking employment opportunities who accesses job listings on FaithMesh.io.
Content: Any information, text, images, links, or other materials submitted, uploaded, or posted by users on the Platform, including job listings.
Employer: Any individual, organization, or authorized representative that submits job listings or uses the Platform to connect with candidates.
FaithMesh.io: The website, services, and Platform operated by Boost Canvas LLC, including but not limited to job listings, verification services, and resources for faith-based organizations.
Job Listing: A position or opportunity posted by an employer on FaithMesh.io, subject to review and approval by the admin team.
Platform: The FaithMesh.io website, its services, and all associated features operated by Boost Canvas LLC.
Privacy Policy: The document outlining how FaithMesh.io collects, uses, and stores personal and non-personal information from its users.
Refund Policy: The document specifying the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services offered on FaithMesh.io.
Services: The job listing platform, verification process, and other related tools and features provided by FaithMesh.io to employers and candidates.
Terms: These Employer Terms, which govern the access to and use of the FaithMesh.io Platform by employers.
Third-Party Services: External services or platforms integrated with FaithMesh.io, such as payment processors or identity verification tools.
User: Any individual or organization accessing the Platform, including employers, candidates, and other participants.
Verification: The process by which an employer or organization provides information to confirm their identity, authenticity, or compliance with Platform standards.
Website: It refers to https://www.faithmesh.io/.
ELIGIBILITY
Legitimate Business or Organization: To post job listings on FaithMesh.io, you must represent a legitimate business, non-profit organization, or faith-based entity. Job listings must align with our platform’s purpose of supporting faith-centered or related opportunities.
Minimum Age Requirement: Individuals submitting job listings must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to act on behalf of the organization they represent.
Compliance with Laws: Employers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those related to employment practices, non-discrimination, and data privacy.
Accurate Representation: Employers must provide truthful and accurate information about their organization, job roles, and any other details submitted to the platform. Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or listing removal.
Prohibited Businesses: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to deny access to employers or organizations that engage in prohibited activities or whose operations conflict with the platform’s values and mission.
Verification Requirements: Employers may be required to complete an identity verification process, including providing business details such as an EIN, website URL, or other relevant documentation, to maintain the integrity of the platform.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EMPLOYER TERMS
By submitting job listings through FaithMesh.io, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you hereby represent that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any future updates and additions to these Terms, as published from time to time at our website (https://www.faithmesh.io/).
You meet all of the eligibility conditions specified in Section 2 above.
We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
You have read, understood, and consented to our Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy statement.
You agree that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms and for all actions taken by your employees or agents who use the FaithMesh.io platform on your behalf.
JOB LISTING
Overview of Job Listings: FaithMesh.io provides employers with a platform to submit job listings for positions related to faith-based organizations or roles. These listings are reviewed by the FaithMesh.io admin team to ensure compliance with these Employer Terms and the Platform’s mission.
Eligibility to Post Job Listings: Only legitimate businesses, organizations, or authorized representatives may submit job listings on FaithMesh.io. Employers must ensure their listings are relevant to the Platform’s faith-based focus and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Job Listing Submission Process: Employers must complete a job listing form on FaithMesh.io, providing accurate and complete details, including:
Job Title
Job Category and Employment Type (e.g., full-time, part-time, freelance)
Location of the Position (remote or physical)
Brief Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Compensation Details (if applicable)
Application Process (e.g., contact email, external application link)
About the Organization
Accuracy and Legitimacy of Job Listings: Employers are responsible for ensuring that all information in the job listing is accurate, truthful, and free from misleading or fraudulent claims. FaithMesh.io is not liable for inaccuracies or omissions in job listings.
Review and Approval Process:
All submitted job listings are subject to review by the FaithMesh.io admin team before publication.
The review process ensures that the listing complies with these Terms, aligns with the Platform’s mission, and meets quality standards.
FaithMesh.io reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove job listings that do not meet these criteria.
Duration of Job Listings: Job listings remain active on the Platform for one (01) month from the date of publication. Employers will be contacted before the listing expires to confirm whether they wish to renew. If no response is received, the listing will be archived. Archived listings may be republished upon request.
Modification of Job Listings: Employers can request changes to their active job listings by contacting the FaithMesh.io admin team at jobs@faithmesh.io. Modifications must comply with the original terms of the submission and will undergo review before being updated on the Platform.
Removal of Job Listings: Employers may request the removal of a job listing at any time by contacting FaithMesh.io. Removal requests will typically be processed within 48 hours. FaithMesh.io also reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms, are found to be fraudulent, or receive credible complaints.
Communication with Candidates: Employers are responsible for communicating directly with candidates using the contact details provided in the job listing. FaithMesh.io does not mediate, monitor, or participate in these communications and is not liable for any disputes arising from them.
Prohibited Job Listings: FaithMesh.io strictly prohibits the following:
Listings unrelated to faith-based organizations or roles.
Listings that contain discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content.
Solicitations for unpaid work without clear disclaimers (e.g., internships).
Positions that violate local, state, or federal employment laws.
Verification for Employers: Employers have the option to undergo a verification process to gain a “Verified Employer” badge, which may increase candidate trust. Verification requires providing accurate documentation, such as an EIN, business address, and completion of identity checks via Stripe Identity API.
Fees for Job Listings: While job listing submissions are currently free, FaithMesh.io reserves the right to introduce fees in the future.
FaithMesh.io’s Role: FaithMesh.io acts solely as a facilitator for connecting employers and candidates. The Platform does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as successful hiring or candidate placement, and is not liable for issues arising from job listings or interactions between employers and candidates.
COMMUNICATION WITH CANDIDATES
Direct Communication Responsibility: Employers are solely responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with candidates using the contact details provided in their job listings. FaithMesh.io does not mediate or monitor these interactions.
Professional Conduct: Employers must engage with candidates professionally and respectfully. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Platform.
Confidentiality of Candidate Information: Employers are required to handle any information provided by candidates, such as emails or personal details, with strict confidentiality. Candidate information must not be shared, sold, or used for purposes other than recruitment for the specified job listing.
Timely Responses: Employers are encouraged to respond promptly to candidate inquiries to ensure a positive experience for both parties. Unreasonably delayed or non-responsive communication may result in complaints or action by FaithMesh.io.
Compliance with Laws: Employers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws when communicating with candidates. This includes adhering to anti-discrimination laws and providing lawful and fair treatment during the recruitment process.
FaithMesh.io’s Limited Role: FaithMesh.io provides the platform for employers and candidates to connect but does not participate in or assume liability for communications, agreements, or disputes between the parties.
Prohibited Activities: Employers must not:
Use candidate contact information for unsolicited advertisements or purposes unrelated to recruitment.
Harass, mislead, or provide false information to candidates.
Solicit candidates for opportunities not included in the original job listing without their consent.
Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes or concerns arising from communication with candidates, FaithMesh.io encourages both parties to resolve the matter directly.
VERIFICATION PROCESS
Overview of Employer Verification: FaithMesh.io offers an optional verification process for employers to enhance trust and credibility with candidates. Verified employers receive a “Verified Employer” badge displayed on their job listings, indicating that they have undergone an identity and legitimacy check.
Purpose of Verification: The verification process is designed to foster trust between employers and candidates by ensuring that employers are legitimate and aligned with the mission of FaithMesh.io.
Eligibility for Verification: Any employer, recruiter, or authorized representative posting job listings on FaithMesh.io may apply for verification. To qualify, the employer must meet the following criteria:
Be a legitimate business or organization.
Provide all required information and documentation during the verification process.
Verification Requirements: Employers applying for verification must submit the following details:
A valid Employer Identification Number (EIN) or equivalent proof of business registration.
Contact details, including a professional email address and phone number.
Business address and website (if available).
Identity verification of the authorized representative using the Stripe Identity API.
Verification Fee: A non-refundable fee applies to the verification process. The fee covers administrative and processing costs and must be paid at the time of application. Employers who fail the verification process will not receive a refund.
Verification Process Timeline: The verification process is typically completed within 1-3 business days after submission of all required information. Delays may occur if additional checks or clarifications are needed.
Outcome of Verification: Upon successful verification:
Employers will receive a “Verified Employer” badge displayed alongside their job listings.
The badge signifies that FaithMesh.io has reviewed the employer’s identity and legitimacy but does not imply endorsement or guarantee of the employer’s actions.
Unsuccessful Verification: If an employer fails the verification process:
FaithMesh.io reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the verification badge.
Employers may reapply after addressing any issues that led to the failure.
No refund will be provided for failed verification attempts.
Use of Verification Badge: Verified employers may only use the badge in connection with their FaithMesh.io job listings. Misuse of the badge, such as displaying it on external platforms or misrepresenting its purpose, is strictly prohibited.
Revocation of Verification: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to revoke the verification badge if:
The employer provides false or misleading information.
Complaints are received about unethical or unlawful practices by the employer.
The employer is found to be in violation of these Employer Terms or applicable laws.
REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES BY EMPLOYERS
Compliance with Laws: By using FaithMesh.io, you represent and warrant that you comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws, in connection with your job listings and communications with candidates.
Accuracy of Information: You represent that all information provided in your job listings, verification applications, and communications with candidates is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Any changes to this information must be promptly updated to maintain its accuracy.
Legitimacy of Organization: You warrant that you are a legitimate business, organization, or authorized representative with the authority to post job listings and engage with candidates on behalf of your organization.
Lawful Use of the Platform: You represent that your use of FaithMesh.io, including job listings and interactions with candidates, will be for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Employer Terms.
No Misrepresentation: You warrant that you will not misrepresent your organization, job opportunities, or the terms and conditions of employment to candidates. This includes providing clear and honest information about job roles, compensation, qualifications, and application processes.
Protection of Candidate Information: You represent that any personal information obtained from candidates through FaithMesh.io will be handled responsibly and used solely for recruitment purposes related to the specific job listing. You warrant that you will not share, sell, or misuse candidate information.
No Unlawful Discrimination: You warrant that you will not discriminate against candidates based on race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic as defined by applicable laws.
Adherence to Verification Requirements: If you undergo the verification process, you represent that all submitted documentation and information are accurate and authentic. Providing false or misleading information may result in the revocation of your verification badge and access to the Platform.
No Infringement of Third-Party Rights: You warrant that your job listings, communications, and activities on FaithMesh.io will not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
Responsibility for Agents: You represent that any employees, agents, or representatives acting on your behalf in connection with FaithMesh.io will comply with these Employer Terms and all applicable laws.
ALLOWED USES OF THE SERVICES
Posting Job Listings: Employers may use FaithMesh.io to post job opportunities that align with the Platform’s mission of supporting faith-based organizations. Job listings must include accurate, lawful, and relevant information regarding the positions being offered.
Engaging with Candidates: Employers are permitted to use the Platform to communicate with candidates for legitimate recruitment purposes. This includes responding to inquiries, providing additional details about job roles, and coordinating the application or interview process.
Verification Services: Employers may apply for verification through FaithMesh.io to enhance trust and credibility with candidates. The verification badge, once granted, may be displayed alongside job listings on the Platform.
Accessing Platform Features: Employers may access all features of the Platform that are made available to them, such as submitting job listings, reviewing submitted information, and updating existing listings, in accordance with these Employer Terms.
Lawful Business Activities: Employers may use the Platform solely for lawful business activities, including talent acquisition, organizational promotion (through job listings), and maintaining compliance with employment standards and applicable laws.
Non-Commercial Use: The Platform is designed for employers to recruit for their own organizations or entities. FaithMesh.io may not be used to offer recruitment services on behalf of third-party clients without prior authorization.
Compliance with Terms: Employers are expected to use the Platform in accordance with these Employer Terms, as well as any additional policies or guidelines issued by FaithMesh.io, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
PROHIBITED USES
Posting Misleading Job Listings: Employers must not post job listings that contain false, incomplete, or misleading information. This includes exaggerating job responsibilities, qualifications, or compensation details.
Discriminatory Practices: Employers are prohibited from posting or engaging in practices that discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic under applicable laws.
Unrelated or Irrelevant Listings: Job listings must be directly related to faith-based organizations or roles. Listings unrelated to the Platform’s mission or purpose are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized Commercial Activities: Employers must not use FaithMesh.io to promote services, products, or activities unrelated to legitimate recruitment for their organization.
Spamming or Harassment: Employers are prohibited from spamming candidates with unsolicited messages, advertisements, or offers unrelated to the specific job listing. Harassing, threatening, or inappropriate communication with candidates is strictly prohibited.
Data Misuse: Employers must not collect, share, sell, or misuse candidate data obtained through FaithMesh.io for purposes unrelated to recruitment for the posted job listing.
Circumvention of Fees: If fees for job listings or verification are introduced, employers must not attempt to bypass payment requirements, such as by submitting fraudulent listings or engaging in unauthorized methods of posting.
Violation of Laws: Employers are prohibited from using the Platform to engage in activities that violate any local, state, or federal laws, including labor laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection regulations.
Impersonation: Employers must not impersonate other businesses, organizations, or individuals. Submitting job listings on behalf of an unauthorized entity or individual is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent Practices: Employers must not post jobs for fictitious roles, unpaid roles without disclosure (e.g., internships), or solicitations that lead to fraudulent schemes.
Interference with Platform Operations: Employers must not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the functionality, security, or operation of FaithMesh.io. This includes attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Platform.
Unlawful or Inappropriate Content: Job listings or communications containing offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content are strictly prohibited.
Sharing of Verification Badge: Employers must not share, sell, or misuse the verification badge for purposes other than its intended use on FaithMesh.io.
Unauthorized Access: Employers are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, data, or the Platform’s systems.
Non-Compliance with Employer Terms: Any use of the Platform that violates these Employer Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Acceptable Use Policy is strictly prohibited.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYERS
Accuracy of Job Listings: Employers are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in their job listings. This includes details about the job title, qualifications, compensation, responsibilities, and the application process. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Laws: Employers must ensure that all job postings and recruitment activities conducted through FaithMesh.io comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to labour laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection regulations.
Professional Conduct: Employers must engage with candidates in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour during communications or interviews is strictly prohibited.
Protection of Candidate Information: Employers must handle all candidate information obtained through the Platform with strict confidentiality. This information may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes and must not be shared, sold, or used for unauthorized purposes.
Adherence to FaithMesh.io Policies: Employers are required to comply with all Platform policies, including the Employer Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other guidelines issued by FaithMesh.io.
Timely Communication: Employers are expected to respond promptly to candidate inquiries and manage recruitment processes efficiently. Delayed or unresponsive communication can negatively impact the candidate experience and the integrity of the Platform.
Use of Verification Badge: If verified, employers must use the verification badge solely for the purposes intended by FaithMesh.io. The badge may not be displayed or used outside of the Platform or misrepresented to candidates or third parties.
Review and Update of Job Listings: Employers are responsible for reviewing and updating their job listings to ensure the information remains relevant and accurate. Changes to job listings must be communicated to FaithMesh.io for review and approval.
Avoiding Prohibited Activities: Employers must not engage in any prohibited activities as outlined in Section 9.
Dispute Resolution with Candidates: Employers are responsible for resolving disputes with candidates directly. FaithMesh.io does not mediate or participate in such disputes and is not liable for any issues arising from employer-candidate interactions.
Responsibility for Agents: Employers are accountable for the actions of their employees, agents, or representatives who use FaithMesh.io on their behalf. Any violation of these Terms by such individuals will be attributed to the employer.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FaithMesh.io Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the FaithMesh.io Platform, including its design, functionality, code, trademarks, logos, content, and features, are the sole property of Boost Canvas LLC. This ownership extends to any updates, modifications, or enhancements to the Platform. Employers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose as outlined in these Terms. This license does not grant employers ownership of any intellectual property associated with FaithMesh.io.
Employer Content: By submitting job listings or other content to FaithMesh.io, employers retain ownership of the submitted materials. However, employers grant FaithMesh.io a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating, marketing, or enhancing the Platform. FaithMesh.io does not claim ownership over employer content, but it reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Prohibited Use of FaithMesh.io Materials: Employers are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform, its design, or its functionality. Unauthorized use of FaithMesh.io’s intellectual property, including trademarks or copyrighted material, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Intellectual Property: Employers are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit, including job listings, does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. This includes copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary information belonging to others. FaithMesh.io is not liable for any disputes arising from employer-submitted content that infringes third-party rights.
Use of FaithMesh.io Branding: Employers must not use FaithMesh.io branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent. Any authorized use must comply with FaithMesh.io’s branding guidelines and must not misrepresent an association with or endorsement by FaithMesh.io.
DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYERS
Responsibility for Candidate Data: Employers are responsible for collecting, storing, and using candidate information obtained through FaithMesh.io in compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. Candidate data must only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes related to the specific job listing for which it was collected.
Confidentiality of Candidate Information: Employers must treat all candidate information, including contact details, resumes, or other personal data, as confidential. This information must not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without the candidate’s explicit consent, except where required by law.
Data Security Measures: Employers are obligated to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of candidate data. This includes protecting data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Employers must promptly notify FaithMesh.io and affected candidates in the event of a data breach involving candidate information obtained through the Platform.
Limited Use of Candidate Data: Candidate data collected through FaithMesh.io must not be used for purposes unrelated to recruitment, such as marketing, profiling, or analytics, without explicit consent from the candidate. Employers are prohibited from using candidate information for unsolicited communications or spam.
Transparency with Candidates: Employers must provide candidates with clear information about how their data will be used, stored, and shared. This includes informing candidates of their rights to access, modify, or delete their data as required by applicable data protection laws.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
Overview of Fees: While the job listing service on FaithMesh.io is currently offered free of charge, FaithMesh.io reserves the right to introduce or modify fees for job listings, verification services, or other employer-specific features in the future. Any changes to fees will be communicated to employers in advance.
Payment Methods: Payments for services are processed through secure third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and any additional options provided by the payment processor. FaithMesh.io does not store or process payment information directly.
Taxes and Charges: Employers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or charges associated with their use of FaithMesh.io services. These may include state or local taxes that are required by law.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
FaithMesh.io may include links to third-party websites or services for convenience, information, or integration purposes, such as payment processors or external application portals. These third-party websites are not under the control of FaithMesh.io, and we do not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Employers accessing these third-party links do so at their own risk and are advised to review the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective websites. FaithMesh.io disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or issues arising from interactions with third-party websites or services.
DISCLAIMER
Platform Provided "As-Is": FaithMesh.io provides its services, including the job listing platform, verification services, and related features, on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its services. Employers use the Platform at their own risk.
No Guarantee of Outcomes: FaithMesh.io does not guarantee specific results from its services, including successful hiring, candidate responses, or outcomes from verification processes. Employers are solely responsible for evaluating candidates and making informed hiring decisions.
Review of Job Listings: While FaithMesh.io reviews job listings to ensure compliance with these Terms and the Platform’s mission, this review is limited in scope. FaithMesh.io does not verify the accuracy, legality, or legitimacy of job listings. Employers are solely responsible for the content of their listings.

Employers are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their verified information.
No Mediation of Disputes: FaithMesh.io does not mediate disputes between employers and candidates. Employers are responsible for resolving any disagreements, miscommunications, or claims arising from their job listings or interactions with candidates.
Technical Issues: FaithMesh.io does not warrant that the Platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or technical issues. Employers are responsible for ensuring their own internet connectivity and compatibility with the Platform. FaithMesh.io is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by technical failures or maintenance.
Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Services: FaithMesh.io integrates with third-party services, such as Stripe for payment processing and identity verification. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by these third-party services, including failed transactions or verification errors.
Data Security and Privacy: While FaithMesh.io implements industry-standard measures to protect user data, we do not guarantee that the Platform is immune to cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or data breaches. Employers are responsible for protecting their accounts and any data they collect through the Platform.
Compliance with Laws: FaithMesh.io does not monitor or enforce compliance with local, state, or federal employment laws. Employers are solely responsible for ensuring their job listings and recruitment practices adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
No Warranty of Accuracy: FaithMesh.io does not warrant that the content, information, or materials provided on the Platform are accurate, complete, or error-free. Employers are encouraged to verify all information before relying on it.
No Liability for Candidate Behaviour: FaithMesh.io is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or qualifications of candidates who respond to job listings. Employers engage with candidates at their own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FaithMesh.io (Boost Canvas LLC), and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, liability resulting from errors in job listings, failure to secure candidates, disputes between employers and candidates, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized access to your account or data. FaithMesh.io’s total liability for any claim related to these Employer Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the employer to FaithMesh.io for services during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Employers are advised to exercise their own judgment and due diligence when using the Platform.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FaithMesh.io, its parent company Boost Canvas LLC, and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Employer Terms, including but not limited to inaccuracies or misrepresentations in job listings; (ii) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, including employment, anti-discrimination, or data protection laws; (iii) your interactions, agreements, or disputes with candidates, including claims of unfair hiring practices, discrimination, or data misuse; (iv) your use of third-party services integrated with the Platform, such as payment processors or verification services; and (v) any content you submit, post, or transmit on FaithMesh.io that infringes the rights of a third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights. FaithMesh.io reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with such defence. This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Employer Terms and your use of the Platform.
TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYER ACCESS
Right to Terminate or Suspend Access: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (i) breach of these Employer Terms or any other policies applicable to the Platform; (ii) submission of false, misleading, or unlawful job listings; (iii) violation of applicable laws or regulations, including employment or anti-discrimination laws; (iv) engagement in prohibited activities, such as spamming, harassment, or misuse of candidate data; (v) failure to pay applicable fees, if required; or (vi) actions that compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the Platform.
Notice of Termination: In the event of suspension or termination, FaithMesh.io will make reasonable efforts to notify the employer via the email address associated with their account.
Impact of Termination: Upon termination of access, employers will no longer be able to submit or manage job listings or access candidate information through the Platform. Any active job listings may be removed or archived at FaithMesh.io’s discretion.
No Refunds Upon Termination: Any fees paid to FaithMesh.io for services rendered are non-refundable, including fees for job listings, verification, or other features, regardless of whether access is terminated voluntarily or involuntarily.
Survival of Obligations: Any obligations or liabilities incurred by the employer prior to termination, including indemnification obligations or unresolved disputes with candidates, will survive the termination of access.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Employer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire (USA), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Negotiation and Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, the parties (employers and Boost Canvas LLC) agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Employer Terms through good faith negotiations. Employers may initiate this process by contacting FaithMesh.io at jobs@faithmesh.io. Both parties agree to engage in sincere efforts to reach an amicable resolution within 30 calendar days from the date written notice is received.
Judicial Action: If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, or the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Employer Terms.
No Class Actions: Employers agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Employers expressly waive the right to participate in any class action or collective lawsuit against Boost Canvas LLC.
Waiver of Jury Trial: Employers agree to waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute or legal action related to their use of the job listing services, these Employer Terms, or any other dealings with Boost Canvas LLC.
No Waiver of Rights: The pursuit of legal action shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies available under these Employer Terms.
Continuation of Service: Pending the resolution of any dispute, the employer agrees to continue abiding by the terms of these Employer Terms that are not the subject of the dispute.
Important Notice: Nothing in this Section shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights or protections that employers may have under applicable law. If any provision of this Section is found to be unenforceable or contrary to such laws, that provision shall be modified or severed to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Section.
DISPUTES BETWEEN EMPLOYERS AND CANDIDATES
FaithMesh.io’s Limited Role: FaithMesh.io acts solely as a facilitator for connecting employers with candidates and does not mediate or intervene in disputes between the parties. Employers and candidates are solely responsible for resolving any disagreements, miscommunications, or issues arising from their interactions or employment agreements.
Responsibility for Recruitment Practices: Employers are solely responsible for ensuring their recruitment practices, job offers, and communications comply with applicable employment laws and regulations. This includes anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour requirements, and contractual obligations.
Disputes Over Job Listings: Any claims or disputes raised by candidates regarding the content, accuracy, or terms of a job listing are the employer’s sole responsibility. FaithMesh.io does not verify or endorse the accuracy of employer-provided information and disclaims liability for any discrepancies.
Legal Compliance: Employers are expected to comply with all applicable legal obligations in their dealings with candidates. FaithMesh.io disclaims responsibility for any disputes, claims, or violations resulting from employer-candidate interactions.
No Liability for Disputes: FaithMesh.io is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from disputes between employers and candidates, including but not limited to hiring decisions, contractual disagreements, or workplace issues.
NOTICES
When you use the website or send emails to FaithMesh.io, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive physically or electronically any communications related to your use of this website. FaithMesh.io will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We may give notice by means of a general notice via electronic mail to your email address as available with us. MISCELLANEOUS
Independent Legal Advice: It is your obligation to obtain independent legal advice at your own expense to ensure you understand the provisions of these Terms.
Headings: The section headings are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any provision of these Terms.
Breach: Any violation of these Employer Terms, including but not limited to submitting false or misleading job listings, engaging in prohibited activities, or failing to comply with applicable laws, constitutes a material breach of this agreement. FaithMesh.io reserves the right to take immediate action in response to a breach, which may include suspension or termination of access to the Platform, removal of job listings, or legal action to recover damages or enforce compliance. Employers may also be held liable for any resulting losses, damages, or claims incurred by FaithMesh.io, candidates, or third parties. FaithMesh.io’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms in a specific instance does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Employer Terms shall not be construed as a waiver by us of any provision or any right that we have to enforce these Terms and nor shall any course of conduct between Company and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these Terms.
Survival: Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Employer Terms, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of these Employer Terms that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on either party shall survive the expiration or termination of these Employer Terms, for any reason whatsoever.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Employer Terms, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to these Employer Terms.
No Assignment: Employers may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights, duties, or obligations under these Employer Terms, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of FaithMesh.io. Any attempted assignment or transfer without such consent will be null and void. FaithMesh.io reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
Entire Agreement: The Terms, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between FaithMesh.io and you, relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on our website.
Force Majeure: Boost Canvas LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services on the Platform due to events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, acts of government or regulatory authorities, cyberattacks or significant technical failures, disruptions to internet or telecommunications services, or other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the normal operation of the Platform. During such events, Boost Canvas LLC will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible; however, users acknowledge that certain delays or disruptions may be unavoidable. In such cases, Boost Canvas LLC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from the temporary unavailability of the Platform.
Updates to these Terms: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Employer Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Employers are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any changes. Any updates will be effective upon posting on the Platform, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Platform after updates to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If an employer does not agree with the updated Terms, their sole remedy is to discontinue using the Platform. Employers may contact FaithMesh.io at jobs@faithmesh.io with any questions regarding changes to these Terms.
